It's the last day of the Volume Month, so make sure everyone is qualified. Whatever level you're at by the end of the business day today, that's what you're paid for the next month. One of the key parts of the Comp Plan is the FAST START BONUSES. You need to be on a 100PV Autoship to get paid on this part of the Comp Plan. A 100PV is a piece of cake to use and share (it's only about 6 boxes of Coffee-- example: 2 Classic Black, 2 3-in-1, 2 Mocha). As the call last night was PACKED! So, we know we're about to hit momentum and Fast Start Bonuses will be flying everywhere!

As far as the Compensation Plan goes it's pretty simple. Here's a quick break down of how we get paid.

 

1. Retail Profits (paid monthly)- As an Affiliate we get paid the difference between wholesale and the Suggested Retail if someone orders from you directly or through your Product Only Retail Site (you can see of our Retail site at: www.myganoexcel.biz/ecfretail). Example: The GanoCafe Classic (Black) Retails for $25 but wholesales for $17 ($16 on Autoship). The Minimum Retail Profit would be $8.00 per box. We have many reps who make a nice Part-Time Income just retailing the product to 20-30 Customers/mo with the Average Customer using 3-4 boxes per month.

 

2. Fast Start Bonuses (Paid Weekly)- Here's a Video Explaining Fast Start Bonuses:

 

3. Monthly Commission Overrides on Team Production- Here's a simple theoretical example: If you get started and personally order and consume/sell about 6 boxes of coffee total in a month and personally sponsor 6 others to do the same, then duplicate that 4 levels with everyone just consuming/selling about 6 boxes of coffee each, you'll be at 10,000+ Residual Income/mo.

 

It's breaks down like this:

 

You (personally order 6 boxes of coffee*) then...

6 (you personally sponsor)- 1st Level x 100PV/mo= $600 Volume x 5%= $30 commission

x6 (they personally sponsor)

36 (2nd Level x 100PV/mo= $3,600 Volume x 15%= additional $540 commission)

x 6 (they personally sponsor)

216 (3rd Level x 100PV/mo= $21,600 Volume x 5%= addtl $1,080 commission)

x6 (they personally sponsor)
1,296 (4th Level x 100PV/mo= $129,600 Volume x 7%= addtl $9,072 commission)

 

The total just on 4 levels of override pay in this example would be $10,878 (includes pay incentives for surpassing 40,000 in Volume). This is just an example to explain of how some of the override commissions are paid out. The Comp Plan is put together to provide for serious growth. We can get paid through infinite levels based on production.

5. Autoship Rewards Program. You get 16% of all your personal Autoship Orders in the form of a Product Rebate (Free Product)

 

6. Profit Pools for Crown and Presidential Diamonds. 3% of all North America Sales (USA & Canada) get split equally between Crowns and Presidentials.

As you can see this is a very simple, but Powerful Compensation Plan that can actually work for the "masses" due to the high consumption of the product-- Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, & Mocha.
