The other night I was at the Meeting here on 3/20 and heard Shane Morand and Jay Nolan speak as they shared the Gano Excel healthy coffee opportunity. Boy I was on fire after I left the room! Jay has a way about him when he speaks that he can explain the business in simply easy to understand terms and be very entertaining at the same time. Everyone was laughing and learning about Gano Excel. Gano is really starting to take off again here in Michigan. I am very excitied to share healthy coffee with everyone I meet.

Detroit Gano Excel Meeting was A Success

Just a quick update of the Gano Excel healthy coffee meeting that we had here in the Detroit, MI area Last Thursday March 6th, 2008 was a Hugh success. Shane Morand made the challenge that if we brought in more people then two weeks before, he would keep coming back and do the meeting here for the next 90 days.

Well, we did it! The first Gano Excel meeting in Feb. had around 40 people in attendance, this meeting in March was close to 80 people! Just about double last time. He is going to come back on March 20th again at 7:00pm. Can we break the 100 person mark this time? I believe so. Detroit is on fire and everyone wants to drink Ganocafe healthy coffee.

Just a quick reminder that today is the last day of the month and you need to make sure you have every thing that is needed to not miss out on any commissions owed to you in Gano Excel. It's the last day of the Volume Month, so make sure everyone is qualified. Whatever level you're at by the end of the business day today, that's what you're paid for the next month. One of the key parts of the Comp Plan is the FAST START BONUSES. You need to be on a 100PV Autoship to get paid on this part of the Comp Plan. A 100PV is a piece of cake to use and share (it's only about 6 boxes of Coffee-- example: 2 Classic Black, 2 3-in-1, 2 Mocha). As the call last night was PACKED! So, we know we're about to hit momentum and Fast Start Bonuses will be flying everywhere!

As far as the Compensation Plan goes it's pretty simple. Here's a quick break down of how we get paid.

1. Retail Profits (paid monthly)- As an Affiliate we get paid the difference between wholesale and the Suggested Retail if someone orders from you directly or through your Product Only Retail Site (you can see of our Retail site at: www.myganoexcel.biz/ecfretail). Example: The GanoCafe Classic (Black) Retails for $25 but wholesales for $17 ($16 on Autoship). The Minimum Retail Profit would be $8.00 per box. We have many reps who make a nice Part-Time Income just retailing the product to 20-30 Customers/mo with the Average Customer using 3-4 boxes per month.

2. Fast Start Bonuses (Paid Weekly)- Here's a Video Explaining Fast Start Bonuses:

3. Monthly Commission Overrides on Team Production- Here's a simple theoretical example: If you get started and personally order and consume/sell about 6 boxes of coffee total in a month and personally sponsor 6 others to do the same, then duplicate that 4 levels with everyone just consuming/selling about 6 boxes of coffee each, you'll be at 10,000+ Residual Income/mo.

It's breaks down like this:

You (personally order 6 boxes of coffee*) then...

6 (you personally sponsor)- 1st Level x 100PV/mo= $600 Volume x 5%= $30 commission

x6 (they personally sponsor)

36 (2nd Level x 100PV/mo= $3,600 Volume x 15%= additional $540 commission)

x 6 (they personally sponsor)

216 (3rd Level x 100PV/mo= $21,600 Volume x 5%= addtl $1,080 commission)

x6 (they personally sponsor)
1,296 (4th Level x 100PV/mo= $129,600 Volume x 7%= addtl $9,072 commission)

The total just on 4 levels of override pay in this example would be $10,878 (includes pay incentives for surpassing 40,000 in Volume). This is just an example to explain of how some of the override commissions are paid out. The Comp Plan is put together to provide for serious growth. We can get paid through infinite levels based on production.

5. Autoship Rewards Program. You get 16% of all your personal Autoship Orders in the form of a Product Rebate (Free Product)

6. Profit Pools for Crown and Presidential Diamonds. 3% of all North America Sales (USA & Canada) get split equally between Crowns and Presidentials.

Wow! if you missed the corporate call from Gano Excel last Thursday, Nov. 1st, 2007, you missed some very exciting news that will help you take your Gano Excel Healthy coffee business to the next level. Make sure to read these over.

A few highlights are a lowering of the retail price from $32.00 a box for Ganocafe Classic to $25.00. This will help you with those customers that are complaining about the price being to high. However, I personally am not experiencing a problem at all with the price. I lost a few customers but my volume is the same as before and it is growing. I am experiencing a double fold increase in my Gano Excel affiliate enrollments. So things are moving forward.

Also, I think this is good, You can now order 6 boxes of Gano Excel coffee and get a free box. That's 7 for the price of 6. This helps are bottom lines in our retailing. It also encourages bigger orders from our customers and our affiliates. This will increase my groups sales volume. This starts on Dec. 1st, 2007. Just in time for the big winter coffee drinking season.

But the Malaysia head office has made a commitment to the US branch to rush more coffee to fill the back orders. Now we are happy to say that the back orders are filled.

We have more shipments of Ganocafe on its way right now. There is a sea-bound shipment and two more upcoming air shipments bound for the US. Now the challenge is, can we empty it again, especially with the cooler weather and the big coffee drinking season ahead of us?
